All of the staff are wonderful people. They are always polite and great customer service skills. Thank you for always being here for me. Becky was great at getting me set up with my Health Insurance. Just turning 26, I was lost and had a lot of questions. I appreciated her taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each policy. Would recommend to anyone!

We worked with Stephanie. She was amazing! Very attentive, evaluates your situations and helped us all through the various processes. If we had any issues after wards, always available to help out as well. She makes the whole Medicare supplement, and any other insurance processes painless. She's a wealth of information! Highly recommend Smart insurance Solutions!

My experience with Smart Insurance Solutions was outstandingly beneficial. Becky was prompt in responding, knowledgeable of plans to choose from and so likeable. She treated my situation with respect and professionalism from start to finish. I was in need of a short term solution while in between coveage by employers. Becky knew just how to handle a situation that was unfamiliar to me and my family. She made feel cared for in what could have been a stressful and expensive time. It wasn't thanks to her and Smart Insurance Solutions. For that, I am grateful!
